How to Remove Set as background

At your start type gpedit.msc

Goto User configuration --> Administrative templates --> Control Panel --> Personalization --> Prevent changing desktop background

How to Uninstall Elite Keylogger

1.  Press F8 while the computer is booting
2.  Choose Safe mode with networking
3.  Re download the Elite keylogger setup
4.  Double click the setup
5. Choose the second option
6. Finish
